Pros
-The allowance is really good and above expected. The training given is very good and the supervisors are very approachable and friendly. The CEO is also friendly. -Other people in the office are very nice and friendly. It is not a toxic or intimidating environment specially for interns or trainees. -Lounge is very spacious and well kept. One benefits is a free bottled drink from the fridge which is restocked everyday (choice of softdrinks or juice depending on availability). Coffee (sometimes Milo) and mug is available and free to drink. Birthdays are celebrated and occasional sharing of food during occasions -Encoruages talents (singing, playing an instrument etc) and has performances each month. -Office is well-kept and fit for work and fun (meeting rooms are colorful) -Balance of work and play is encouraged. Every end of the month there are contests or activities. Sometimes there are board games available in the lounge during break times.
