I started working with Corl as an intern before joining as a full-time developer
* Great team culture
* Flexible work hours
* Friendly team members & management
* Chance to learn and grow as a developer
* Management expected ownership of projects regardless of seniority
* Ping pong match with the CEO whenever the team was feeling pressured
The team is growing as are the opportunities. If you're not afraid of hustling, you'll enjoy working here.
Cons
* Not your typical 9-5. Tight deadlines and roadmap
* Quite challenging as the product was in its early stages
* Communication needs more work as the team is remote between 2 cities

Pros
Good People and Good Location
Cons
The founder says he pays his interns in cryptocurrency (Corl token) but it is worthless for the time being. Don't waste your time working for free.

Participants in our internship program are compensated through equity represented by our token. Those terms were very clear to all participants in the job posting and intern agreements.
We believe that participants in our internship program should have a learning experience and exposure to a real work environment. That's why we ensure mentorship by the right team leaders in the company. The internship position you worked in was related to investor relations as it relates to the company's efforts in launching the first decentralized IPO.
The Corl founders are here to stay and failure is not an option. Our doors are always open, and our management team is always available for feedback whether positive or negative.
