There are a lot of great people who work really hard to make the month every month. They give up their weekends and holidays so the people in the offices can have their bonuses when the year ends.

Senior management rotates out about every 2-3 years, management doesn't listen to the little guy but has no problem working him to death, can't seem to fix the supply chain, doesn't provide pay raises like they say they're going to, if you speak up you get a target put on your back

The pay was good, and felt like part of a team trying to accomplish the same goal. Enjoyed the people i worked with.

Management, recently hired new management and they have take the business in the opposite direction from when i first started. HR is not about the employees but about management. If you try to set down and address concern, manager and HR will gang up on you in meeting. They will also try and find anything and everything to write you up so you have no choice but to be fired or leave.
