Pros
Good for entry level positions and getting your feet wet out of school. You’ll be thrown in client meeting immediately and will learn a lot. Pay isn't bad for an entry level position.
Cons
Terrible training for a job they describe as a learning role. Not great pay increase potential from where you start. Company tried to grow too quickly before understanding how their business was even going to work. Expect to work long hours.
