This company is not run well. There is a difficult dynamic owing to personal relationships between senior management team members with limited escalation paths. Senior management are demanding and treat good employees poorly. I underwent several negative experiences, did not feel respected or valued and this drove my decision to leave. Following my decision to leave and departure, communication and treatment did not improve. Decision making and communication is not suitable for customer centric employees looking for a positive career and work life balance and I sadly cannot recommend this company.
