Pros

Used to be a great company to sell for. Respected in Federal/DOD.

Cons

New CRO took things down downhill in 2025. Territories diced and culture changed. Many great people in the sales org left for these reasons for better opportunities. Leadership lacks understanding of NDR long sales cycle. Sales plays and GTM strategy change often. Channel and alliance partners struggle to understand why to sell Corelight. Vectra and Extrahop are way ahead in Enterprise. Corelight is only strong in Federal.

Company has true culture within which they drive the business - Tireless Service, Low Ego Results and Applied Curiosity. Product is the right solution to provide the best security data in this AI era with multi-layer detections. The market is starting to ignite!
