Pros

Decent pay, but that is about it at this point.

Cons

I have worked at Coregistics for many years, and my experience deteriorated significantly over time, particularly after the company underwent a merger. The work environment became increasingly toxic, and there were a number of issues that I feel potential employees should be aware of. One of the major problems was the senior HR professional. Not only was she unprofessional, but her behavior was outright corrupt. She frequently gossiped about other employees’ personal and private information, creating a hostile environment. Once she developed a personal vendetta against an employee, she would stop at nothing to ensure their termination. This kind of behavior should never be tolerated in any workplace, let alone one that is supposed to support its employees. The company has also been in a downward spiral since the merger. Multiple rounds of layoffs have left employees feeling insecure and uncertain about their futures. The once welcoming and friendly atmosphere of a family-owned business is long gone, replaced by an environment filled with negativity and a lack of communication. Leadership has failed to be transparent or honest with employees, which has only worsened morale. There is no clear direction, and the company seems to be more and more siloed by the day. The new leadership team has proven to be chaotic, with no clear vision or guidance for the company’s future. If you're seeking stability or long-term professional growth, I would strongly advise against considering this company. It seems to be spiraling, and the negative energy is palpable. Overall, my experience at Coregistics was disappointing, and I would not recommend working here unless significant changes are made in leadership and company culture.

Coregistics Response

Dear Manager, Thank you for your thoughtful response and for acknowledging the complexities that come with the merger process. I appreciate the recognition of the emotional and operational challenges that often accompany such transitions, and I share your commitment to fostering an environment that values unfiltered feedback. The journey toward becoming a global provider is indeed a significant endeavor, and I understand that patience and resilience are essential as we navigate this landscape. Please note that leadership is open to perspectives that can help us all adapt and thrive in this evolving environment. Engaging with leadership will be crucial in identifying pathways to success during this period of change. While I do not condone the singling out of any one contributor, we recognize the negative perceptions of right sizing and organization can have. As we move forward, I will continue to provide constructive feedback to leadership and encourage my colleagues to do the same. Together, we can work towards a seamless integration that benefits all employees and associates to enhance our organizational culture. Thank you once again for your leadership and commitment to our team during this transformative time. I look forward to collaborating with everyone as we embrace the opportunities ahead. Respectfully, DJ Martinez VP, Human Capital
