      - Was good experience in fintech area

      Cons

      - No career progression after a certain point - The head of the department is only interested in one department; no one has been interested for the development of the support department - Radical changes to the support team’s schedule without taking into account staff count and other factors that were against it - Paid 0.5 times the normal rate for working at weekends instead of double pay
