Pros
CoreWeave is an amazing place to work, there are a high number of very intelligent and motivated people who are customer minded and working on building some amazing technology. It's a cliche, but I am genuinely excited to see where the company goes in the next few years. There's a lot of plans and the willingness to provide the proper engineering and customer support to ensure that our clients have the best experience possible. Even if there are conflicts, I have never felt that anyone in the company wasn't willing to hear each other out, and work towards growth.
Cons
I'll be straightforward: you will be overworked here. If you value a solid work life balance, I cannot recommend CoreWeave in its current state despite how much I enjoy being here. The support and engineering teams in particular are expected to be "on" and at times, there's a lot of growing pains as we can only hire and train enough to match the amount of hours and time everyone is expected to work. Sometimes, I think our willingness to be customer centric also gives clients unrealistic expectations of what they should expect from engineering teams in terms of personalized support, which causes strain on a number of teams at the company. And further exacerbates the lack of work life balance. Training and up-skilling is still very much in the early stages, much of what you get is learn as you go
