Pros

Working at CoreWeave is a truly remarkable experience for several reasons. Firstly, the company's commitment to cutting-edge technology, such as Kubernetes, creates an environment where you can continuously learn and grow. They not only encourage professional development but also provide clear career tracks for employees. Moreover, the work-life balance at CoreWeave is exceptional, thanks to flexible work arrangements and a genuinely unlimited PTO policy. The comprehensive benefits package, including a stellar 401k and health insurance, underscores their commitment to employee well-being. What truly sets CoreWeave apart, though, is its unique and tight-knit culture. Here, colleagues become more than just coworkers; they become friends. Company outings to hibachi dinners are not just an occasional event; they're a testament to the sense of community that thrives here. The openness to ideas, collaborative problem-solving, and fact-based decision-making in meetings make it a place where your voice truly matters. CoreWeave's dedication to creating a supportive and inclusive environment sets it apart, making it more than just a workplace; it's a community where friendships are forged, and innovation thrives. It's clear why CoreWeave stands out as an exceptional employer that values its employees' growth, well-being, and contributions.

Cons

I'll be honest, I don't have any except 1. Not enough hibachi dinners ;)

Pros

The work environment is incredibly fast-paced, offering opportunities for professional growth. I enjoyed leveraging cutting-edge tools and technology, and the experience of working for a company in a state of hyper-growth was both exhilarating and exciting.

Cons

The company culture leans heavily toward a "tech bro" atmosphere that often feels unprofessional. While the environment encourages authenticity, it frequently crosses the line into inappropriateness, such as when a C-suite member used a racially insensitive term during an all-hands meeting. Beyond the problematic culture, the work environment is highly unforgiving. Employees are expected to consistently perform at a high level while working 60–80 hours per week, yet there is zero loyalty from leadership. The company demands total excellence, but even a minor mistake often results in management immediately planning to replace someone, even while they are training their successor.
