      Pros

      Great foundation! There are opportunities to make money and a slick GTM strategy everywhere you look. The core OGs have an amazing outlook and are very collaborative and open to change.

      Cons

      Lack of time and focus will be a problem for anyone who doesn’t like change or wants perfection. This company has an engine that is being built whilst in motion. People who don’t like that won’t enjoy the thrill of the ride.

      Pros

      They pay for your insurance premiums.

      Cons

      No 401k match Upper management hires strong talent, but won't let them work. They insist on being part of every step of everything. There's no culture at all. Onboarding is non-existent.
