Cold culture, game of thrones vibe with the exec team, everyone was trying to get promoted in the C level to the company that bought us and it was a blood bath. Managers were 2 faced and were not transparent. Seems that most of them have left for Encore. Base salary was kind of low. You are pretty much at the mercy of the mood of the UW team.
