Good Company - Project Implementation Consultant CoreTechs Employee Review

I've been with CoreTechs for close to a year and it has been a great experience. The team is very collaborative and our leader is highly engaged and supportive. She is always ready to step in and help us when we need it. Our big focus at CoreTechs is client satisfaction, and that is accomplished by empowering employees and giving us the training and resources we need to do a great job for our clients. CoreTechs has been a great place to learn and grow in a friendly, team oriented environment.

No cons so far to mention.

None, nothing good about working here. Owner is a vial person.

Sometimes I see so many terrible reviews and I almost don’t believe it. I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt, that’s exactly what I did when I excepted this job. I’m good at what I do, have a impeccable work ethic and bring nothing but value to any company I join. The owner has no idea what he’s doing he wants to break into technical recruiting and tries to hide the fact that he doesn’t understand anything. That’s fine I can deal with that but he took it to another level. He is incredibly cheap will try to pay people $25 an hour when most recruiters are making at least 70 an hour. Since he’s so cheap he’s constantly scared about the clients stealing his recruiters, his business partner let me know on the first day that has happened many times. To mitigate this risk he has adopted a new strategy of talking very poorly about his employees. I truly can’t believe people like him walk the earth freely. Extremely unprofessional all around, when I was hired during the pandemic, the woman said oh you’re so pretty everybody will love working with you. I was disgusted. There has been a long record of these strange comments. They are just very unintelligent people that have no other way of earning a living. Unfortunately they will try to bring you down with them.
