Pros
CoreLink is the BEST company I have ever worked for. The leadership team truly cares about their employees and has a strong belief system in "people first." They encourage work / life balance and want employees to prioritize the important things in the lives (family, etc.). The company encourages a "fail fast" mentality that allows people to try new things without the risk of punishment. The culture is fun, the people are friendly, and the team environment is excellent. If you're someone who is interested in not accepting feedback, doing things the "same old, same old" or you don't have a positive, can-do attitude, CoreLink would not be the place for you.
Cons
CoreLink intends to close within the next 3 years which is sad for many of us. I would have stayed here forever if given the opportunity!
