      Pros

      Great coworkers. They are awesome. Most work hard.

      Cons

      They company is all about the dollar. Worst benefits I've ever had. The staffing pattern is terrible. They won't allow enough staff for heavy workload. Causing staff to be overworked, stressed physically and mentally. The inmates run the prison, not security because they don't have enough security and most of what they do have are too young and inexperienced.

      Pros

      CC Uses cutting-edge Technologies, which is good experience for resume building; many of the Teams are collaborative; interesting work and you can believe in company goals.

      Cons

      Director and Manager level mgmt at corporate here do not provide guidance on projects. There is a lot of turnover on data projects because new employees are thrown into the deep end and then just blamed if results are not as expected. CC really needs more hands-on project oversight. There are also behavioral and anger issues with a couple long-time ppl as well, and this is both exhausting and (sometimes) outright humiliating. They need to treat new people better.
