Having the opportunity of giving encouragement to and keeping hope alive in both inmates and staff in an often dark place to live and work. Excellent pay, hours, and benefits

I wrote a review in 2019("Perspectives") as a former academic instructor when the education department was eliminated at LPCC. I worked for a CoreCivic competitor and left to return to CoreCivic. I have since worked at two other facilities, and now am again a former employee of CoreCivic(14 years total). Something I've observed at these facilities: Opacity, lack of integrity, lack of transparency, lack of honesty, and lack of empathy and compassion.
