Corporate HR is nothing but ego and arrogance. The political games that the VP plays are next level. They truly care nothing for their male employees. You have to be willing to stroke the "Ego" of the vp to get ahead. Performance means nothing.

CC Uses cutting-edge Technologies, which is good experience for resume building; many of the Teams are collaborative; interesting work and you can believe in company goals.
Cons
Director and Manager level mgmt at corporate here do not provide guidance on projects. There is a lot of turnover on data projects because new employees are thrown into the deep end and then just blamed if results are not as expected. CC really needs more hands-on project oversight. There are also behavioral and anger issues with a couple long-time ppl as well, and this is both exhausting and (sometimes) outright humiliating. They need to treat new people better.
