      - Supportive environment (they understand that life happens) - Team player mentality (you compete with yourself, not your coworkers) - No sales or business development since it already very established - Work from home 2 days/week - Minimal turnover (many people have been here for 20+ years)

      Cons

      - You work longer than the typical 9-5 (8:30am-6pm). That being said, when you go home, you don't need to bring work home with you.

      -Incredibly responsive, sending me new opportunities atleast once a week -A focus on long term placements -They will negotiate on your behalf for a better salary

      Cons

      -Temp work isn’t as common as it used to be and there isn’t a wide range of industry options. This is an issue more generally with temp work than core though, but don’t expect to find an opportunity squarely in your industry
