      Pros

      I love Core Spaces . They have offered me so much experience in so many facets of Property Management.

      Cons

      They expect far too much work for the pay and raises are rare unless it comes with a promotion.

      Thanks for sharing your insight. We do offer salary increases annually, as well as based on promotions. And we do offer a lot of perks! We welcome your feedback and ask that you seek support from your Community Manager or Regional Manager to address your specific salary needs, as we know the leasing commissions are best in class.

      Pros

      Great place to learn, collaborate with other teams, and see the results of the work you put in. Good benefits and relaxed work environment that makes being at the office a great place to work. The people really make this place what it is.

      Cons

      Summers are very busy (common for student housing) and collaboration across teams is not always a smooth process.
