Pros
Core Spaces is a good place to work at. I feel that everyone has a voice and can share their opinion even if you're not a master in the subject. - CEO is great and cares about his employees (at least the bigger names) - Cool office spaces - Young hip people to work with, even the old people are hip - If you enjoy traveling then there is plenty of opportunity to visit cool (and some not so cool) college towns
Cons
When I first started working here it was great but the company is experiencing growing pains and not paying attention to the entry level employees. My responsibilities grew and I was working long hours. My salary was entry level, which was disappointing knowing how much money the company was bringing in through investors and how many upper management employees they could hire. I also did not have a bonus structure so working overtime or extra was not rewarded monetarily. - Understaffed - Underpaid - Overworked - Some unprofessional people who have stayed way longer than they should've
