      Choose your own hours for the most part. Fun job for trendy or creative college students.

      Cons

      One check per month. Paychecks often came late, up to a month after invoices were submitted. Lack of communication between employees at times and no training at all.

      turn over is tough but its not long.

      Pros

      Great place to learn, collaborate with other teams, and see the results of the work you put in. Good benefits and relaxed work environment that makes being at the office a great place to work. The people really make this place what it is.

      Cons

      Summers are very busy (common for student housing) and collaboration across teams is not always a smooth process.
