      Pros

      Positive Atmosphere, Work-Life Balance. Some of the very best people I've met in upper management. They are "real", down to earth, driven and goal oriented. The open door support is superior to my past experiences.

      Pros

      Great place to learn, collaborate with other teams, and see the results of the work you put in. Good benefits and relaxed work environment that makes being at the office a great place to work. The people really make this place what it is.

      Cons

      Summers are very busy (common for student housing) and collaboration across teams is not always a smooth process.
