Pros
1) Usually willing to spare no expense in order to outshine comps - that's about it.
Cons
Over my years with Core Spaces it was evident the business is run based on emotions, not respecting the employees, and consistently placing people in poor spots with no intention of helping - rather for them to deal with it without giving them the tools to do so. Certain regionals and upper parts of the Executive team on the operations side are completely incompetent and they will continue to plague the company until they are relieved of their duties. If you're looking to hate your life while working for that new property in town that leads the market in pricing, poorly constructed buildings, and high-school-bully-like management, then Core Spaces is a great place to work!
