      Fun work environment and coworkers made the day enjoyable

      Cons

      Management makes lots of empty promises and doesn't fill in staff about updates to policy/rates/issues so we were constantly left out of the loop of important information

      Pros

      Great place to learn, collaborate with other teams, and see the results of the work you put in. Good benefits and relaxed work environment that makes being at the office a great place to work. The people really make this place what it is.

      Cons

      Summers are very busy (common for student housing) and collaboration across teams is not always a smooth process.
