We’re sorry to hear this was your experience, and we regret that you didn’t find an opportunity to raise these concerns earlier. While our most recent opinion survey showed that 9 out of 10 team members said Core Spaces is a good place to work, we know that broad results don’t negate individual experiences. When people feel unheard or disconnected from decisions that affect their day‑to‑day work, that matters, and it’s something we take seriously. We appreciate you sharing your perspective and wish you the best moving forward.

Pros

Great place to learn, collaborate with other teams, and see the results of the work you put in. Good benefits and relaxed work environment that makes being at the office a great place to work. The people really make this place what it is.

Cons

Summers are very busy (common for student housing) and collaboration across teams is not always a smooth process.
