Pros
Because of the demands they put on their Sales force you will develope into a really good Salesperson. Allot of programs to sell. They are growing by allot since they are buying up other Wholesalers. Not bad the pricing for customers.
Cons
Stress, stress, stress and more stress as a Salesperson Management never wants to know the reasons something cannot or shouldn't be done. Management doesn't use common sense. It's all about the bottom line. Always trying to take advantage of the customer.
