Benefits when you get them, Customer's and very little eles
Cons
Training is minimal and when ask for help it is viewed as your being difficult. Constantly putting everything off till another day. Front line staff are told what to tell customers, BUT there is no follow through. There is little support from management. If your not willing to be a yes man person it seems your days are numbered. Your told hours will be balanced, but they are far from it. If you bring up safety concerns they are not addressed.
