-Management. False image of wanting the organization to be the best employer in the area as well as an "open door policy." -Walking through that "open door" creates a target on your back. Management does not want to hear about any concerns or discrepancies regarding other managers or supervisors. -Lack of a structured training environment. -Too many so called supervisors -Fake personalities -Cut throat corporate vibes- any way the company can save a penny and keep it out of the hard working employees pocket, they did it! -Discriminatory actions towards drivers of color. -Favoritism -Forced use of personal cell phone for business purposes with very little or no compensation -Company will wait until the day before your probationary period expires to relieve you from your duties if you are not going along with their agenda.
