      Pros

      The people of Core-Mark are friendly, down to earth and treat each other like family. Many have been in the company for a significant number of years, so there is a wealth of knowledge to draw from.

      Cons

      The processes, technology and leadership approaches are significantly out of date. Investments on these fronts are in progress but are facing challenges in execution.

      Pros

      Potential for higher pay, free boots and uniforms, higher level of respect compared to other local drivers, minimum $1500 a week. The Wilkes Barre location treated me very well.

      Cons

      Long hours, might run out of hours if you’re inexperienced
