Pros

Good culture and work life balance. I appreciate the flexibility in terms of your ability to remote work. The people here are supportive, and you have lots of opportunities given to you if you are willing to take them. In my position, my technical skills have grown a lot, and I have had many opportunities to learn how to be a leader and design solutions for clients. Benefits offered are generous, you can get full dental vision and health insurance, plus a yearly bonus, and additional bonuses for good work.

Cons

There is ability to improve accessibility to senior resources, Not terrible by any means, but I have noticed some issues with that. Although, you can talk to a lot of people and get a lot of information if need be; there are alternate routes. Pay is not as competitive as some other places, but it is still good.

Pros

I enjoyed working at Core Managed and am grateful for the experience. The owner genuinely cares about employees and works hard to create a positive environment where people feel valued and supported. The culture is family-oriented, and there are a lot of opportunities to build relationships with coworkers through company events and team activities. I appreciated the amount of autonomy and trust employees are given. People are encouraged to take ownership of their work, contribute ideas, and make a meaningful impact. The company also does a great job of making remote employees feel included, including flying team members in from other states for the annual Christmas and New Year celebration. Employees are appreciated through thoughtful perks, office snacks, and a generous Black Friday bonus program for eligible employees.

Cons

Communication and alignment between departments can sometimes be challenging, particularly when teams are working from different locations. Greater collaboration between Sales, Marketing, SDRs, and BDRs would help keep everyone aligned and working toward shared goals. It can also be difficult at times to maintain visibility into what other teams are working on and ensure information is shared consistently.
