      Opportunities for growth, working on and around Komatsu, benefits and pay!

      Cons

      Heavy workload and work can be physically demanding, challenges with working at mines.

      Pros

      Had really good leaders before Komatsu forced them out.

      Cons

      Komatsu controls the company, and put unrealistic strain on leadership before they got cleared out. New controller was unprofessional and lead to entire accounting department turning over.
