      Pros

      Good pay, some very nice colleagues, the excitement of a start-up

      Cons

      Exceptionally poor training, but high performance expected. Much back-biting among staff and management. Leaders with unpredictable mood swings lashing out at staff. Company went under at the end of 2014.

      Work in prison with little security. Not very supportive at obtaining needed medical equipment or adequate patient examination areas.
