Pros
- Fun and young culture
- Option to work from home
- Casual environment
- Owners are really knowledgeable and well known within the industry
- Good first job/stepping stone for something better
- Gain lots of experience within the first year
Cons
- Sink or swim environment
- Expect everyone to work long hours and over the weekend. PMs always pushing you to do more work/take on more work and to get work done faster. If you don't get it done fast enough, it is your problem and not theirs (the PMs).
- Company grew way too fast and owners did not appear to have a good grasp of how to manage the the company's growth
- Promoted people who were good at their jobs but not good at project management.
- New PMs were in way over their heads. Most (nearly all) had very limited knowledge of "the whole picture".
- Owners have obvious favorites
- Poor growth management/staffing led to multiple rounds of lay offs

Pros
There is a healthy work and life balance. Very flexible with time off.
Cons
Zero transparency. Management is horrible at communicating changes to employees. High turnover rate with their employees. Constant lay offs and zero severance packages. Everyone is over worked and they never give raises, just more work. They don't pay their vendors so vendors are constantly calling to collect payment. Not a stable company.
