      Pros

      Flexi time - although no one used it (except me )because the jobs were always going over.

      Cons

      Low salary, no structure, lots of back stabbing, expected way too much for the salary. Treated the lads from uni on a year placement like cheap slave labour - one walked out during my time.

      Pay is good progression is available if you want it team banter is on another level

      communication can be lackluster but has massively improved busy periods can be very stressfull
