The biggest inconvenience ever, management does not have respect for employee personal time. You will have your phone blown up outside of your working hours being asked to substitute shifts for other tutors. You will have meetings out of your working hours which are also not paid, you have to attend a meeting everyday before your shift starts and as you can guess that also goes unpaid. Oh and you will also get unsolicited medical advice from management when you tell them that you are not fit for duty. You also stand a chance to win a written warning for simply breathing. I would recommend wrestling a bear than working here. This place is not good for your mental health.
