Pros

Their are many ways to view a company's propensity for change, in the case of Core, in my opinion, its majorly positive. Leadership strives to make the organization better and is willing to drive toward that goal. I enjoy change and challenges as they allow me to grow, and I've been able to do that at Core. - Career Paths exist in many facets - If you have an ownership mindset, growth is guaranteed - Long term goals are lofty, challenging and achievable

Cons

Cons exist in every organization, regardless of extensive pros. A few areas to think about... - Frequent change (a con only if you enjoy monotony) - Leveraging the org. structure to find people can be challenging - Multiple communication platforms between different parts of the business

Pros

The benefits were decent and the flexibility was nice. Appreciate the multitude of opportunities to network and travel. Some of the folks are really awesome and helpful.

Cons

Absolute trash at training anyone. Expects green engineers to know 10+ years worth of stuff that Principals would find difficult. If you manage to overcome all that and still make things work, you still get fired because management has an ego and hates seeing someone self taught and a minority succeed. Was set up to fail from the moment I was begrugendly brought on to the team.
