Pros

- Wide array of technologies supported, with a particular focus on Cisco and Microsoft systems. - Team members are dedicated to their work and each other. Sharing knowledge, providing moral support, and working issues collaboratively, are all standard practice. - The company promotes working from home, since they have employees across the country. There are also nicely furnished office spaces in some locations, for those who prefer to go into an office. - The company has been hiring new people at a steady pace in recent months, to fill roles needed for new, larger clients coming on.

Cons

- The bulk of the company's Microsoft team was brought on in a recent acquisition, and integration efforts have been painful. Things have started to settle somewhat, but the efforts are still ongoing.

Pros

The benefits were decent and the flexibility was nice. Appreciate the multitude of opportunities to network and travel. Some of the folks are really awesome and helpful.

Cons

Absolute trash at training anyone. Expects green engineers to know 10+ years worth of stuff that Principals would find difficult. If you manage to overcome all that and still make things work, you still get fired because management has an ego and hates seeing someone self taught and a minority succeed. Was set up to fail from the moment I was begrugendly brought on to the team.
