Pros
Probably the most important factor for everyone with 2-4 years of experience to consider working for Core BTS is the base salary. The base pay is great! For senior level engineers, its not that good. Managers take care of their employees. Work/Life balance has been great the past year. They don't force or expect you to work after hours. If you show them you know what you're doing and you're trying your best, they will appreciate you.
Cons
Now the bad.. it's painfully obvious upper management only cares about the sales people. They get all the perks and bonuses while the engineers get nothing. It's really disheartening to see nothing being done for the engineers that are working non-stop for the customers while the account managers who show face once or twice a month with the client get all the bonuses. Health insurance sucks and 401K isnt great either but at least the bonuses for the account managers are good.
