Pros
I have been with Core for almost 4 years and I have to say, its a great place to work. If you work hard you will be recognized. Team work is essential in any company and we have a great team work mentality. No one is sent out to the wolves, we always provide support to our engineers and staff. Flexibility is there as well. Core has become a family to me and I am very proud to be part of so a great organization. Core does offer training to engineers, we only ask that the training be done when its not too hectic or on your own time. If training is necessary to learn a specific skillset needed right away, we can also make arrangements during the work week to get that particular training needed. It drives me mad, when I read some of the negative reviews from disgruntle ex employees. There is a reason theses employees are ex employees. Overall, great place to work, great people and attentive management.
