Pros
Majority of the people I worked with were great folks. Time Off was excellent (FTO, Sick Time, Time off for passing of pet) My directors and managers were great until they moved on
Cons
Almost 5 years with the company then laid off 3 weeks before Christmas. No warning, no opportunity to be considered for another role. Severance is crap - 1 week per year, Never worked anywhere that offered less than 2 weeks per year. Health Insurance is crap. $20k a year in premiums for a PPO that still had a $3k deductible per person for any type of procedure. Merit raised were crap, bonuses non existent and promotions no chance in hell.
