Pros

People are generally easy to work with, and the day-to-day workload is manageable. The office setup is comfortable, and having your own workspace is a nice benefit.

Cons

For a graphic design role, the work has not always been creatively fulfilling. There can be a disconnect between the job title and the actual creative opportunities available. The Alpharetta location can also feel limiting, especially with no work-from-home flexibility for a design-focused position. This is more frustrating because remote flexibility appears to be available for some other positions, while graphic design roles are still expected to be fully in-office. A major concern is how pay-related issues are communicated. In my experience, salary has been referenced as potentially being affected over administrative timekeeping issues, which feels discouraging and unnecessary for a salaried role. When missing clock-in/out records are treated in a way that makes an employee feel their pay or job security is being threatened, it creates discomfort and lowers trust.
