      Pros

      Lots of school projects that I was able to be a part of. Gave me a good basis of what the field of architecture holds with it being so different from a university setting.

      Cons

      Micromanaged with the higher ups often keeping tight reigns on the employees. I also saw a lot of people fired or they personally left.

      Pros

      Excellent colleagues, cool projects, owner is someone you want to work for. Many great clients. Good office environment.

      Cons

      This once great firm is circling the gutter now that Cordogan and Clark are taking a back seat to the new ownership group. This group fails to understand how the business part works. Micromanaging, sometimes disrespectful, inability to pivot and be successful winning new clients and exciting projects.
