Pros

Pay can be decent at times Opportunity to earn based on sales performance

Cons

Working under the executive managers and ownership can be extremely challenging. Communication is often disrespectful especially, and managers are frequently talked down to and cursed at when expectations are not met or when outcomes don’t align with what leadership wants. This creates a tense and demoralizing work environment that negatively impacts morale and performance. Managers and staff are consistently overworked, with long hours being the norm rather than the exception. Time off is rarely encouraged, and vacations are very seldom approved, which contributes to burnout and high stress levels across the team. Expectations are often unrealistic, with little consideration given to workload, staffing limitations, or work-life balance. While there are moments of financial incentive and the pay can sometimes be competitive, it often comes at the cost of personal well-being, job satisfaction, and long-term sustainability. Disrespectful communication from leadership Frequent use of profanity toward managers from leaders towards women Overworked staff with little support Limited vacation and time-off opportunities High stress and burnout culture

Pros

Cordish districts were great for opportunity and getting in front of people to know. But there are so many more cons.

Cons

The cons for this position let alone company are endless - Positions that's are meant to be salary are paid out hourly - There are no benefits for cooperate employees - They rely on you to complete the task of 3 separate positions without any support nore pay increase - They do not market research in new areas they've developed in, thus leading to por growth in that district. Then compare said district to those that are well established and doing far better. They continually promise you pay increases then stall you for weeks to months hoping you forget about it. - There is a total lack and disregard for respect when giving feedback on certain projects - Like any hospitality role it's a constant rotation of management in and out the doors - Little to no room for growth.
