Pros
Good starting wage. Decent but expensive benefits. Decent hours but forced to work lots of overtime. Weekends off unless you're on call which they won't tell you until you're hired.
Cons
Horrible management! Employees walk around like gang members, harassing the staff and cursing like sailors! Unethical and non aseptic techniques in the clean room. Cannot use them as a reference.
