no guidance, they promise you all kinds of bonuses ... you get NOTHING except for threats if you dont meet sales quota. and if you do.. They will crank up your quota to make sure you dont get any bonus or for that matter you will receive NO $ for all of the referrals you did get. and lets not forget the medicaid patients... you still need to do all the work but it doesnt even count towards your quota. Just another way for them to stick it to you. GREEDY company from the managers on up, They make the money of your back. Forget moving up the ladder... it wont happen.
