Pros

The people here make working at this place bearable... at least we all got along and had a common purpose ....to serve our patients. Benefits are ok....pay is pretty good.

Cons

LONG HOURS....WORK UNTIL YOU GET DONE ATTITUDE... "mandatory overtime"... no shift differential.... pharmacy managers micro managing all the time... changing policies constantly...schedule is the WORST! they want you to be a team player, but the minute you say you can't do something, your a bad employee. NO employee morale building...no picnics with family, no "employee perks", they don't ever thank you for putting in extra effort, they just expect you to do MORE! Management barely pitches in. Their idea is if I absolutely have to then I will help, or hounding you to work faster. It's like legalized slave labor. Management us fill of BS... you come to them with an issue and they " listen" but nothing ever gets done or resolved.
