From the first day you start you automatically see how unorganized this company is. There isn't a training program for new employees at all. Instead of having a set trainer, new employees just shadow employees who are out on the floor already. After being on 2 weeks of audits, you are automatically given the ability to work on your own. Leads abuse their rights and act as answering questions is a burden. Employees redirect questions to each other instead of asking leadership. Hostile work environment. No bonuses so individuals who work feel that there is no incentive to working hard and going above and beyond for little pay they already receive.
