      Pros

      Managers listen and work with your schedule. Merit based pay increases. Work from home. Team is nice. Focuses on taking care of clients instead of volume of calls/shortening time. Training and growth opportunities. Upper management is easy to contact.

      Cons

      Health benefits could be better. Pay is decent, but not amazing. I've stayed because the company/management treats us like actual humans.

      Management is good to work with, coworkers are really helpful, especially when your first newcomer everyone wants to see you succeed in your position. Pay his average..

      Cons

      Working for a TPA, is not the easiest. Each client that you work with has special service instructions to follow training is pretty much based on your level of experience and ability to adapt quickly to the new position to learn the claim system and requirements as quickly as you can there is no formal training.
