      Pros

      I really enjoyed the people that work there. They all really cared about each other and the customers. It was fun to work with them especially when we were all able to share in the win.

      Cons

      The oil industry is extremely fast-paced. Projects have deadlines that HAVE to be met. If you want a chill job, this is probably not the place for you. Can be stressful at times.

      The company has an amazing Leadership Team and President that truly care about the employees. The employees are great as well.

      Pros

      There are many hard-working employees there with whom I enjoyed getting to know.

      Cons

      Management at Cor-Pro start out as friendly and supportive but it turns out to be all talk. The owner is loyal to only a few people at the company and that is a detriment to all of the other employees. Upper management has a "holier than thou" attitude which causes a divide among all employees. Also, there are a lot of inter-relationships that are tolerated by management which again is a problem for the regular employees.
