I guess I should have asked more job description questions before starting for this company. The job consists of standing in costco and selling products to the members. Literally standing there all day and trying to persuade people to buy the product. It's basically like being a kiosk in the mall. I quit after a week. The schedule is completely random and last minute. Employees were told we would be paid on a certain day and that did not happen. There is a total lack of communication. Out of town work was ridiculous. We stayed in a sketchy hotel and had to share a room with the president of the company (the boss) and employee and the per diam that gets reimbursed to you is only $25 a day....who can eat 3 meals a day for $25 a day?? And what reputiable company has the president and two employees that do not know each other share a small dirty hotel for 10 days? It is unprofessional and lacks leadership/management. You've been warned!

Pros

Fantastic opportunity for growth and learning- both professionally and personally. The skill set I learned at COR will be applied to every aspect of my life.

Cons

Time commitment. Someone has to actually apply themselves to earn the opportunity to become an executive manager- it's not just given to anyone.

Pros

Honestly the co-workers who are nice.

Cons

Standing up all the time if you only have to work 20 hours. SHe wants you on call for 60 hours of the week. You are just a number in her mind.
